Yes. After submitting your booking, you will receive a secure payment link via SMS and email. We use the 3D Secure system to ensure your transaction is fully encrypted and safe.
The price you see is the final price you pay. All website and phone quotes include airport meet-and-greet, parking fees, and any highway or bridge tolls. Surcharges are only applied if you voluntarily modify your route or schedule after booking.
Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. If you received excellent service and wish to show appreciation to your captain, tips are always welcome but never required.

Shared Shuttles: Strictly 1 standard suitcase per passenger.
Private VIP Vehicles: You can bring as many bags as the chosen vehicle's maximum physical capacity allows. If you are traveling with oversized items like golf bags, surfboards, or large strollers, please select a larger vehicle class during booking.
Yes, pets are welcome exclusively in our Private VIP vehicles, provided they remain secured inside a proper travel crate or carrier for the duration of the journey. Please let us know you are bringing a pet when you book.
Yes. For private VIP transfers, we can supply age-appropriate infant car seats, booster seats, or strollers. Please make sure to specify your child's age in the booking notes so we can prepare the correct equipment.
Every vehicle in our fleet is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. However, we do not currently offer onboard Wi-Fi or charging cables, so we recommend charging your mobile devices before your pickup.

Addresses & Schedule Changes
Simply select the nearest resort, hotel, or city area from the dropdown menu to complete your reservation. Then, type your exact destination address into the "Note" section of the checkout page.
Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 12 hours before your scheduled transfer time. Cancellations made within the 12-hour window are non-refundable. Please call or email us to process a cancellation.
If you are delayed heading to your pickup location, call our customer service hotline immediately so we can notify your driver and coordinate alternative timing if necessary.
While B2 Transfer is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings, our drivers always check the vehicle after a drop-off. Left items are brought to our central office, where you can retrieve them for free. If you prefer us to courier the item directly to your hotel, an additional delivery fee will apply.
